The design phase of this special project was lengthy, but patience paid off. Maximizing the building envelope for this family home allowed special features of a central courtyard with a pool and a stand-alone guest house or Casita. Natural light fills the living space with comfortable finishes throughout. Designed to be functional and flowing; the home has an large kitchen with an adjoining baker's pantry that acts as the hub of the home.
